This home is truly is a cut above when compared to other rentals and also a one of a kind to stay in ,while away on vacation. it truly is an elegantly appointed home. Elegant finishes throughout , this spacious 2400 sq ft home has all the furnishings and comforts of home. Brand new furniture, King/Queen Pillow-tops 4 Satellite HDTV's 3 DVD's ,2DVR's,Wireless Internet WI-FI ,I-POD Dock, . And best of all, your own private hot tub located under the balcony .
Located just minutes from 3 world class resorts and Gorgoza Park. Directly across from RedStone (Park City's Newest shopping and dining as well as Movie theatre**Walk to Starbucks and Local Shopping on Community trails** .. Close enough to I-80 to increase the chances of finding the freshest powder of the day .preferred location limits the congestion and traffic of Old Town Park City. This is a Non-Smoking Home ..I do live in the home seasonally and having an owner that occupy s the unit really makes a difference in regards to the details , so please consider this incredible home.
Bear Hollow Village is a new vacation community within 1.5 miles to The Canyons, 5 miles to Park City, and 6 miles to Deer Valley. 1 mile to the Kimball Junction exit gives you easy access to get to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Sundance, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and several cross-country areas all within a 45 minute drive.
This award-winning community is located at the base of the Utah Olympic Park and is situated close to shopping and restaurants. A private clubhouse is available with a hot tub and gym to be enjoyed year round and an outdoor pool open during the summer.
The Community now has a pedestrian traffic only route to local shops groceries restaurants and coffee shops .free local fitness room , as well as 2 incredible facilities within a 10 minute walk / 5 minute Jog , this location is the best in park city for convenience

Richard’s home is absolutely amazing and cozy. It has everything we needed plus some! He was so accommodating and very easy to reach when we needed anything. We will always try to stay here in the future when we visit the area. Thank you, Rich!

This property and location was perfect for 3 adults and 4 children! The tri-level house offered plenty of space and privacy for both families. I had a toddler with me who needed a dark and quiet environment to fall asleep, so having rooms on different levels helped. The entire house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed (with the exception of paper towels, which we picked up from Walmart nearby). The kids enjoyed playing snow on the deck. The outlet, Walmart, WholeFoods, ski rentals and other shops and restaurants were all within a short drive, making our stay very convenient and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again for our future trip!

I can't say enough good things about Richard (as a host) and his home in Bear Hollow. The home is well maintained, the furniture is beautiful, and the beds are comfortable and large. We asked Richard to stock the refrigerator with food and he was great and responsive. It really is an outstanding home. We've stayed at your homes in the Park City area and other properties via HomeAway. We would rate this as our favorite.
Bear Hollow as a property is not family friendly. The owners have decided to limit the number of people who can use the property club house, pool, hot tub, and other facilities. We found ourselves in the position of not being able to use these facilities as a family. If you bring your kids or the grandparents, be prepared to have them watching you through the fence or windows! I understand the logic - they don't want to have large groups overrun the facilities, but we witnessed large single-adult groups by-pass the rule by just using multiple passes, which led us and other families to leave. The manager logging people in/out of the facilities turned a blind eye to these groups, while the families showing up with little kids were turned away. This couldn't have been the logic behind the restriction. I would recommend the owners rethink the policy to allow immediate families to enjoy the facilities of Bear Hollow.
Richard and his home are "outstanding and incredible service on his part. Bear Hollow has not put in place family friendly policies.
