This spacious, well-furnished house is on 3 levels and has 3 bedrooms (3rd floor), 3.5 baths, an open area on the main level, which includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen, and a downstairs bedroom/den with a Queen size pull-out couch, a bathroom, and laundry room. The house sleeps 10 very comfortably. The house has beautiful views of the valley and is close to shops. The Canyons (Vail Resorts) is approximately 3 miles away towards downtown Park City.

Main level: Open concept featuring updated kitchen, dining room, and living room. The dining room seats 8 and there are 4 barstools at the granite counter, which is a part of the kitchen facing the dining room. The living room has a gas fireplace with comfortable seating. An HD TV (50”) sits above the fireplace and has Satellite Direct TV. And Netflix.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, large sub-zero refrigerator, 2-drawer dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and Cuisinart) and all dishware (incl. plastic dishes, cups, sippy cups for small children), pots and pans, cutlery and utensils.

Half-bath: There is a toilet and vanity.

Balcony: There is a gas BBQ grill and table with 2 chairs. Enjoy gorgeous unobstructed views!

Garage: A two-car garage (with two additional parking spaces in front of the garage) provides plenty of parking for vehicles. The HOA of the community provides snow removal during the winter months. NO Recreational Vehicle, Boat, Trailer, or Oversized Vehicle Parking.

Upstairs: There are 3 bedrooms:
1. Master Bedroom – King size bed, cathedral ceilings, 44” HD TV, a daybed for a small child if needed. Master en suite bath has a large walk in shower, large tub, and separate toilet.
2. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with 36” Smart TV with Netflix.
3. Bedroom 3: One bunk bed and twin bed, an aero-bed, and 36” Smart TV with Netflix.
Upstairs guest bathroom has a tub, shower, and toilet; small stool for children.
If you have to get a little work in, there is a desk in the upstairs loft with a computer and printer for your use.

Downstairs:
1. Bedroom 4/Family room: Queen-size pull out couch, 44” HD TV (Direct TV), various games for family fun
2. Laundry room: washer, dryer, ironing board with iron. Laundry detergent provided
3. Hot Tub
The lower level of the home has a comfortable gathering area with a sleeper sofa, love seat and TV. Use this space for daytime gathering and night time sleeping. Just outside this room is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a full laundry room with an HE washer and dryer. This level walk-out to a spacious patio with seating and a private hot tub to relax and soak away your day!

Bear Hollow is located just minutes from Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley ski areas. It is directly across from the Redstone shopping area, grocery stores, restaurants, movies, bowling and more! It's only 5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Old Town and Main Street Park City. Just 35 minutes from the SLC airport, and less than one mile off interstate 80, Bear Hollow is one of Park City's most convenient and desirable locations. In the shadows of Utah Olympic Park and The Canyons, this home provides an ideal setting. Access is great regardless of snow conditions.

Well appointed, clean and comfortable house in nice neighborhood, equally accessible to downtown Park City and Kimball Junction. Perfect spot for summer outdoor activities. Hiking and biking right outside the door and golf nearby. Moose Management was responsive and professional. Highly recommended.
