Located on the ground floor of an exclusive modern villa, this apartment is a celebration of light and space. The open-plan living area, the beating heart of the home, features a fully equipped designer kitchen, perfect for those who love entertaining.

• A third versatile bedroom, with two single beds that can be converted into a cozy third double bedroom depending on your needs.
The property also includes two large contemporary bathrooms with spacious showers and high-quality materials, as well as a convenient private laundry room.
The offer is completed by two underground parking spaces and access to the villa’s stunning designer pool, for a holiday that perfectly balances luxury and practicality.
Maximum flexibility for groups or families: the third bedroom can be prepared with two single beds or as a comfortable double bedroom. An additional single bed can be added for groups of up to 7 guests. Please let us know your preference at the time of booking.
Your stay is designed around privacy and comfort. You will have at your full disposal:
• Total exclusivity: the entire luxury apartment, the large private lakefront porch, and the internal laundry are for your exclusive use.
• Elite shared areas: access to the designer pool and beautifully maintained Mediterranean gardens is reserved exclusively for the villa’s few guests (only 4 units in total), ensuring an atmosphere of exceptional tranquility and ample personal space.
• Private parking: two reserved spaces in the underground garage, with direct and secure access to the property. The garage is connected to the floor via a convenient elevator and internal staircase.
• Freedom of movement: you are free to access the pool during daytime hours, with respect for the privacy of other residents.

However, we also offer convenient self check-in via automated keypad access, ensuring maximum flexibility with arrival times and continuous assistance by phone.
