Villa Iris (a characteristic Italian house from the 70s) by Heart of Garda is the perfect choice for families with children or groups of friends. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
LOCATION: Villa Iris is located in the charming village of Portese (San Felice del Benaco). The beach, the lake and restaurants are within walking distance (about 350 m from the house).
DESCRIPTION: It is on two floors:
- on the ground floor there are a kitchen, a living room, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and the garden with tables, chairs and 3 sun loungers.
- on the first floor another living-room with a furnished terrace from which you can have meals enjoying the splendid view of the lake, two cozy bedrooms, a bathroom and a service bathroom plus a second kitchen.
Villa Iris was originally built for two apartments (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor connected by an internal staircase). With this listing you will have the entire house, which means both floors together.
This solution guarantees complete privacy, because you will be the only guests in the house.
