The spacious duplex apartment in the “Leuchtturm” building offers a special vacation experience across two levels in approximately 47 m²—ideal for families or couples who want to enjoy comfort and the charm of the Baltic Sea.
The bright living and dining area invites you to relax and unwind. From here, you can step out onto the sunny, south-facing rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and spend relaxing hours under the open sky.
On the same level is the cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (approx. 160 x 200 cm).
In the open loft area of the attic, you’ll find another sleeping area with a double bed (approx. 160 x 200 cm) and its own TV—a lovely retreat for older children, teenagers, or additional guests.

Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 meters long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
