Modern 3-room vacation apartment for up to 6 people: Wi-Fi, ocean view, 2 bedrooms, sauna, and much more! Welcome to your well-deserved vacation at the “Beach House” on sunny Südstrand 44 in the Baltic Sea spa town of Großenbrode!
Here, sun, beach, and the sea await you.
Wake up in the spacious bedroom to the sound of the waves and the rays of the sun rising over the sea. Spend a relaxing day on the beach right outside your door, enjoying water sports, or going on (bike) excursions into the beautiful surrounding area or to the nearby island of Fehmarn. If the weather is bad, treat yourself to a wellness day in your own sauna. End the day on the balcony, enjoying the view of the sea, the sunset, and the evening bustle on the promenade and pier.
Our bright and luxuriously furnished “Beach House” (primarily furnished by Riviera Maison) boasts a perfect southwestern exposure and ocean views from every room through floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. Spanning 82 square meters, you’ll find two bedrooms, a large living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a spacious wellness bathroom with a sauna and an additional guest restroom. The two south-facing bedrooms feature a large French double bed (1.80 x 2.10 m) and a pull-out bunk bed with a sleeping surface of 1.80 x 2.00 m, respectively. Both bedrooms can be darkened and offer plenty of storage space and a cozy, stylish atmosphere. The living area also features a comfortable sofa bed (with a sleeping surface of 1.40 x 2.00 m) that sleeps up to two additional guests. The apartment can therefore accommodate up to 6 people.
Location
This stylishly furnished apartment is located on the first floor of the “Südstrand 44” apartment complex, which was completed in the summer of 2022. The fine-sand beach is right at your feet, and the newly redesigned beach promenade and pier, both in the immediate vicinity, invite you to take lovely walks. Experience the benefits of this prime location, with restaurants, cafes, playgrounds, shopping, water sports, and events right on your doorstep. In addition, there are many other popular destinations—such as Fehmarn, Heiligenhafen, and Oldenburg i.H.—that you can easily reach by car, public transportation, or bicycle.

This family- and allergy-friendly, non-smoking apartment with underfloor heating offers everything your heart desires. In the light-filled living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea first thing in the morning while having breakfast. The large open-concept kitchen-dining area is equipped with all essential kitchen appliances, dinnerware, and silverware, so you can whip up culinary delights in a convivial setting. And when the weather turns truly unpleasant, the wellness bathroom—complete with its own sauna and walk-in shower—invites you to relax. Although the apartment is not considered barrier-free according to traditional standards, its spacious layout makes it comfortable for people with physical limitations to live in, provided they use assistive devices.
The apartment comes with its own underground parking space (No. 10) in the building, which you can, of course, use free of charge. You can securely store your bicycles in the bike storage room in the underground garage. The elevator takes you directly from the underground garage to the 1st floor, where you’ll find Apartment No. 10.
You’ll check in directly at our on-site reception desk in the lobby of the apartment complex. We’re happy to assist you with any questions throughout your stay. In the spring of 2023, our on-site restaurant and bistro will also open, so you’ll be able to enjoy culinary delights while watching the lively hustle and bustle right on the beach promenade.

Pricing details: The rental price is for 4 people; an additional €15 per day is charged for each additional person. If you’re dreaming of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarn Sound. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and beach bums can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the Warder town of Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here you’ll find not only the traditional fishing harbor but also one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 meters long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
