2. A Personal Welcome
I make a point of welcoming each guest personally to hand over the keys and provide guidance on the residence’s features. Access is provided via an elegant and exclusive metal key card; the loss of this device incurs a replacement fee of R$ 300.
3. Occupancy & Conduct
Capacity: A maximum of 6 persons (utilising the sofa bed in the lounge).
Leisure Area: The building limits pool usage to 5 persons per unit simultaneously.
Harmony: Events and parties are strictly prohibited. We kindly request adherence to the "Quiet Hours" between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Etiquette: When returning from the beach, please use the service entrance; swimwear is not permitted in the main reception area.
4. Care of Linens
We provide high-quality linens and towels. We ask that specific towels be used for the removal of make-up or sun protection. Items with irreversible damage will be subject to a replacement fee of R$ 120 per piece.
5. Check-out & Sustainability
