We named this home “Our Village Gem 3” because it’s our third Villages property and has the same comfort, care, and attention to detail that our guests love. The location, in the Village of Virginia Trace, offers peace and privacy just steps from the action.

Enjoy an open, light-filled floor plan designed for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, and fresh linens and towels are provided—just bring your suitcase and settle in.

Everything was great! Comfortable bed.Nice kitchen to work in. Loved sitting in backyard having coffee in the morning. If I'm in The Villages again, I will stay at this villa.

King bed was comfortable. Entire villa was very clean. Location was perfect for me. Instructions were clear and concise. I would consider staying again.
