Top-rated 2-room non-smoking apartment for 2 (+2) with a private garden—well-maintained, modern, and comfortably furnished. Living room with large dining area, bedroom with double bed and a second TV, shower room with window, Wi-Fi, bike storage for 2 bikes, no pets allowed, approximately 450 m from the beach.
This well-maintained, sunny 2-bedroom non-smoking apartment, “Beach Flat,” is located on the top floor of a single-family home on a quiet residential street and is accessible via an open staircase. With its large, furnished terrace in the private garden, it offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation by the sea: The modern interior design style extends throughout all rooms, and it serves as the ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful Probstei region with its endless, fine-sand beaches.
In the spacious living room, in addition to the cozy dining area, there’s a plush sofa that easily converts into a comfortable double bed; a gel topper is also provided for this. In the cozy bedroom, you’ll find a double bed for restful nights—which can also be used as two single beds—and a second smart TV (with Netflix and Prime via your own account). The bright, natural-light-filled shower room is a great way to start the day. The built-in kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, a glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. There’s a small storage closet for cleaning supplies and other items in the hallway. All rooms offer plenty of closet and shelf space for your personal belongings. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here. You can park your car in the public parking space diagonally across from the house (no reservations available).
Whether you’re looking for socializing or heavenly peace and quiet—the garden offers plenty of space to play and relax, and the provided gas grill ensures great barbecue evenings. The lockable garden shed is for your exclusive use and offers space for 2 bicycles and other items.
We recommend occupancy for up to 2 people (3–4 are possible).
Included in the price are: Wi-Fi, a lockable bike storage area for 2 bikes, and all utilities.
All beds are equipped with our own mattress protectors, pillows, and blankets; please bring your own beach towels and blankets.
We can provide rental linens; to do so, you must book the “Linen Box per Person” option. You will receive the (booked) linen box at our office upon arrival.
It’s about 500 m to the supermarket with a café, skate park, and children’s adventure area in the spacious green space, and about 800 m to the tennis court and bike/boat rentals; and it’s just 200 m to the bus stop.
It doesn’t get any fresher than this: You can get fish caught that very day straight from the boat at the marina, about 600 from your apartment—where you can also enjoy hot meals.
On the beach, there’s a water sports school that rents out equipment such as SUPs and surfboards. Small playgrounds line the newly redesigned promenade, along with an ice cream parlor and Steffen Henssler’s Ahoi restaurant, perched on a hill with a unique view of the marina. Another attraction in Wendtorf is the indoor arcade at the start of the promenade. A golf course and fitness club are just a few minutes’ drive away.
A sauna wagon with a view of the Baltic Sea, a large children’s adventure park, a skate park, tennis courts, and much more are all located right in town. Take advantage of beauty and wellness treatments, which you can book at the spa hotel within walking distance (indoor and outdoor pools available).

You can let us know by phone, email, or in person to schedule a pickup time, and then exchange your used linens for fresh ones at our office.
We charge €5.00 per person for bath towels and €5.00 for bed linens.
