About this apartment rental
Great 1-room apartment, ideal for 2 (+2) people, with a view of the fields. Modernly furnished, well-maintained, and well-equipped. Kitchenette in the hallway, bathroom with shower and window, Wi-Fi, 2 dogs, approximately 500 m from the beach.
This cozy one-room apartment, “Morgenrot,” is located on the first floor of a detached house (no elevator) and is bright and comfortably furnished. It features a combined living room and bedroom and includes a well-equipped kitchenette with plenty of dishes, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. You can also brew your coffee here using a Bodum coffee maker, and a 2-burner ceramic cooktop is available for preparing your meals.
The comfortable sofa bed can be converted into a great double bed in no time at all, and by setting up your own travel crib, the apartment can even accommodate up to 5 people upon prior written agreement. The day gets off to a great start in the bright shower room (with a window)...
This apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation by the sea and has plenty of space in every room for your personal belongings.
For your entertainment, there are game collections, various books, and a smart TV. Netflix and Amazon Prime are available with your own login.
The apartment impresses not only with its clean-lined interior design but also with its proximity to the sea. And—as the apartment’s name suggests—the rising sun bathes it in a beautiful light, making the stunning view over the adjacent fields even more breathtaking!
An ironing station as well as standard cleaning equipment and supplies (equally accessible to all guests) are located in the central storage area in the hallway.
Friendly (house-trained) dogs (no other pets) are welcome “guests,” and you may bring a maximum of 2 dogs to this apartment. They must be registered and may not be left alone in the accommodation. One-time final cleaning surcharge of €30.00 per dog. Two dog-friendly beaches—one on the cliffs and one next to the surfing beach—are within easy walking distance (approximately 1.8 and 3.5 km from your apartment).
Heidkate Beach even has a water sports school, restrooms, and a snack bar.
There is a bike rack next to the barbecue area for your bicycles. The apartment is equipped with the property’s own mattress protectors, pillows, and blankets; please bring your own beach towels and blankets.
It’s about 500 meters to the supermarket with a café, skate park, and children’s adventure area, and about 800 meters to the bike and boat rental; the bus stop is just 200 meters away.
It doesn’t get any fresher than this: fish caught that very day, straight from the boat, is available at the marina about 600 from your apartment—you can also get hot meals there.
A sauna trailer with a view of the Baltic Sea, a large children’s adventure park, a skate park, tennis courts, and much more are all right in town. Take advantage of beauty and wellness services, which you can book at the spa hotel within walking distance (indoor and outdoor pools available).
On the beach, there’s a water sports school that rents out equipment such as SUPs and surfboards. Small playgrounds along the newly redesigned promenade, an ice cream parlor, and Steffen Henssler’s Ahoi restaurant—perched on a hill with a unique view of the marina—await you.
