Located in the well-known recreational and yacht marina “Marina Wendtorf,” the Scandinavian-style semi-detached home “Ferienhaus Kleine Wolke” offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea vacation on the Kiel Fjord. Accommodating up to 4 guests, the 68 m² vacation home spans two floors and features two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace, and—as a highlight—a Finnish sauna.
Utilities for Wi-Fi, gas, water, and electricity, as well as a parking space, are included!
The first floor features two bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200 cm each). One of the bedrooms has a TV, and both have blackout curtains. Also located on the first floor: the bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and a Finnish sauna.
On the first floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living and dining area with an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace, and access to the balcony. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times.
The outdoor area also features a charcoal grill and a fully furnished sun terrace. The property also features a free parking space and a lockable bike shed. Whether it’s balmy summer evenings, stormy fall afternoons, or cool winter days, this semi-detached home impresses with its amenities and natural surroundings in every season. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the sea. Your dog is welcome.
