The “Ferienhaus Dünenvilla Ostseeblick Marina Wendtorf” awaits you amidst the picturesque landscape of Marina Wendtorf, only 100 meters from the Baltic Sea and in immediate proximity to the sandy beach (200 meters). Built in 2016 and last renovated in 2025, this modern 68 m² holiday house, spread over two floors, offers a blend of luxury and comfort with its high-quality furnishing and contemporary design, ideally suited for families, couples, or guests wishing for both relaxation and active recreation on the Baltic coast.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious open-plan living and dining area with vinyl flooring, bright ambiance, and stylish decor. Floor-to-ceiling windows open up magnificent, unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea, making the “Ostseeblick” its true namesake. The living area features a comfortable sofa, digital SAT-TV (44–55 inch, two devices), a Blu-ray player, a DVD player, CD player, HiFi system, and complimentary video-on-demand.
