About this apartment rental
Modern meets cozy: Bright and cheerfully furnished for 2 (+2) with a lake view. Well-maintained 1.5-room apartment with great amenities on the 5th floor, facing the lake. 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, elevator, max. 2 dogs. Distance to the beach: approx. 200 m.
This well-maintained, 1.5-room, non-smoking apartment, “Küstenperle,” is accessible by elevator or stairs. It is located in a quiet apartment building, has a fantastic view of the sea, and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation by the sea.
With a view over the many boats in the marina and out to the open sea, the apartment also impresses with the clean, modern lines of its furnishings.
The living/bedroom features a modern sofa bed that easily converts into a comfortable double bed. In the bedroom, you’ll find a multifunctional bed that can be used either as a double bed or (when pulled in) as a single bed; it includes a mattress topper for restful nights. The apartment features two 40-inch smart TVs with Netflix and Prime (with your private access), a radio/CD player, a cozy dining area with a large table, and a modern bathroom with an extra-large shower stall (70x120). The separate built-in kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, a 2-burner induction cooktop, a combination oven/microwave, a small dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker and a Senseo pad machine, a kettle, and a toaster. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find plenty of closet and storage space for your personal belongings. In the hallway, there’s a large built-in closet with plenty of room for your luggage. Various books, a small collection of games, and a safe for valuables round out the amenities.
Free public parking is available right in front of your apartment (reservations not possible).
Enjoy romantic evenings or marvel at the sunset from the loggia while sipping a glass of wine! The exclusive view of the marina and the Baltic Sea—not to mention the bustling boat traffic—ensures there’s never a dull moment. You can book beauty and wellness treatments at the spa hotel, located about 400 m away, and the indoor and outdoor pools also offer relaxation and a sense of well-being.
Friendly (house-trained) dogs are welcome “guests,” and you may bring a maximum of 2 dogs to this apartment. They must be registered and may not be left alone in the accommodation. One-time final cleaning fee: €30.00 per dog. Other pets are not permitted.
Two dog-friendly beaches—one on the cliffs and the other next to the surfing beach—are within easy walking distance (approximately 1.5 and 2.5 km from your apartment). At Heidkate Beach, there’s even a water sports school, restrooms, and a snack bar.
Just a few steps away is a fishing boat selling freshly caught fish—you can also get hot meals here. It doesn’t get any fresher or tastier than this!
On the beach, there’s a water sports school that rents out equipment such as SUPs and surfboards. Small playgrounds along the newly redesigned promenade, an ice cream parlor, and Steffen Henssler’s Ahoi restaurant—perched high above with a unique view of the marina—are all available. Another attraction in Wendtorf is the indoor arcade at the start of the promenade—just a stone’s throw away. A golf course and fitness club are just a few minutes’ drive away.
A bakery with a café and bike rental is only about 300 meters from your apartment; a supermarket with a café, a skate park, and a children’s adventure playground is about 1,400 meters away.
We recommend occupancy for up to 2 people (3–4 are possible).

All beds are equipped with our own mattress protectors, pillows, and blankets; please bring your own beach towels and blankets.

You can let us know by phone, email, or in person to schedule a pickup time, and then exchange your used linens for fresh ones at our office.
We charge €5.00 per person for bath towels and €5.00 for bed linens.
