This inviting 1.5-room non-smoking apartment, “Seeschwalbe,” is located on the 1st floor (elevator available) of a quiet apartment building with a sunny southwest-facing balcony and a view over the fields. Its cozy and modern furnishings offer everything you need for a relaxing vacation by the sea.
The warm atmosphere extends throughout all rooms: The comfortable corner sofa in the living/sleeping area can be easily converted into a double bed (sleeping surface 140x200), while the bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140x200) and a second TV (usable only with your own Amazon Stick or Netflix code). The focal point is the dining area with an extra-large table in front of the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave/mini-oven combo, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. A modern shower room offers plenty of space, and you’ll find ample storage and counter space for your personal belongings. A variety of books and games round out the amenities. You can wrap up eventful days perfectly on the sunny balcony. There’s a portable screen for the balcony door.

All beds are equipped with our own mattress protectors, pillows, and comforters; please bring your own beach towels and blankets.
You can rent linens from us; to do so, you must book the “Linen Box per Person” option. You will receive the (booked) laundry box at our office upon arrival.

Friendly (house-trained) dogs are welcome “guests,” and a maximum of 2 dogs may accompany you in this apartment. They must be registered and may not be left alone in the accommodation. One-time final cleaning surcharge of €30.00 per dog. Other pets are not permitted. Two dog beaches—one on the cliffs and one next to the surf beach—are within easy walking distance (approx. 1.5 and 2.5 km from your apartment). At Heidkate Beach, there’s even a water sports school, restrooms, and a snack bar.

Just a few steps to the water and a stone’s throw away, you’ll find freshly caught fish straight from the boat—you can also get hot meals here. It doesn’t get any fresher or tastier than this!
A sauna wagon with a view of the Baltic Sea, a large children’s adventure park, a skate park, tennis courts, and much more right in town. Take advantage of beauty and wellness treatments, which you can book at the spa hotel within walking distance (indoor and outdoor pools available).
On the beach, there’s a water sports school that rents out equipment such as SUPs and surfboards. Small playgrounds along the newly redesigned promenade, an ice cream parlor, and Steffen Henssler’s Ahoi restaurant—perched on a hill with a unique view of the marina—await you. Another attraction in Wendtorf is the indoor arcade at the start of the promenade. A golf course and fitness club are just a few minutes’ drive away.

A bakery with a café and bike rentals are in the same building; the supermarket, with a café, skate park, and children’s adventure area, is about 1,200 meters away.
