I would say this property is incorrectly categorised as VILLA-LUXURY Town House. It is actually a double-storey terrace house, and the description on Booking.com did not fully match what we experienced. The house itself is pleasant and has four bedrooms. One room has a queen bed and a baby cot and can accommodate two adults. However, the other three rooms each have only a single bed and are suitable for one person each. The sofa bed was not suitable for sleeping, so the actual sleeping arrangements were quite different from what we expected based on the listing. The biggest issue during our stay was the extremely low water pressure. There were four of us staying at the property, and showering took much longer than expected because of the poor water pressure, which caused delays to our plans. The last person to shower even experienced the water suddenly stopping completely. There is only one shower room in the house. The master bedroom has an attached toilet, and there are three toilets in total, but only one shower. The host was nice and pleasant to deal with, and the house itself was generally comfortable. However, I would probably not return because the property did not meet my expectations of a villa. The house is directly facing the road. To me, a villa usually offers a greater sense of privacy and exclusivity. Overall, I feel the property description and sleeping arrangements on Booking.com should be updated to more accurately reflect the actual accommodation. This would help future guests know exactly what to expect before booking.
