Homestay Villa St400

Good villa with nice pool. I wish to stay longer. Check in is very easy and the staff take care of all your needs. Room was clean with good view. Is very calm in room, no road noise.

First they give me a room without balcony but hopefully when I requested they upgraded me.

Stayed here for a few nights and honestly had a good experience. The apartment was comfortable and had enough space to relax instead of feeling like a small hotel room. Everything was clean and the check-in was straightforward. The pool was definitely a nice bonus, especially with the Phnom Penh heat. We used it a couple of times in the afternoon and it was a good place to cool down and relax. The area was convenient and getting around with Grab was easy. There are also shops and places to eat nearby.

Overall, not a luxury hotel experience, but for the price, comfort and facilities, I think it was a really good option. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay at this villa. We were looking for somewhere quiet with enough space to relax for a few days, and it was exactly what we needed. The villa is comfortable and has a nice atmosphere, especially compared to staying in a standard hotel room. Overall, everything was clean, the check-in was easy, and the staff was helpful when we needed something.

A few small details could probably be improved, but like English skills of the staff…
