Panoramic Sea View Apt 4 Close to the Beach With Pool

La ubicación y tranquilidad del lugar. Bien equipado, vistas maravillosas.

El check in era obligatorio a partir de las 5 de la tarde porque supuestamente estaban limpiando, sin embargo la limpieza no era tan exhaustiva. El check out era a las 10 de la mañana ( muy temprano) porque supuestamente venían a limpiar y te penalizaban si no abandonabas el lugar. Estuvimos en la piscina, previo permiso, hasta las 12:30 y no apareció nadie a limpiar. Por lo cual creo que ya que el check in es tan tarde, deberían ser más flexibles con el check out, al menos poder realizarlo a las 12:00.

The apartment has a fantastic location situated about 80m from the main beach and commercial area in Baja Sardinia. As many people have said, it has an amazing panoramic view, is very well equipped with everything you need including a beautiful kitchen area with fantastic views. The pool is on the door step and is a wonderful amenity and cleaned daily. The management agents were friendly and helpful and easy to contact.

The property needs some attention in places. The doors and windows that open from kitchen to small balcony are very difficult to open. The balcony itself that faces the pool is small with no table or chairs and was not cleaned properly so you can’t really enjoy a drink or something to eat outside. The windows need to be cleaned externally, they were quite dirty which was not acceptable. The bathroom is very small and the shower runs out of hot water quickly and then you have to wait. The window doesn’t close properly either. Shower was blocked on arrival and flooded bathroom completely on first shower so I had to clean and unblock myself which was not good enough. The air conditioning unit works well enough but struggles if you try to use it in both kitchen and bedroom skate at same time which is not ideal when it gets very warm. There are no curtains or screens either in main kitchen area which is not good and a privacy issue. We were told that the glass is tinted so people can not see in from outside but this is simply not true as we checked for ourselves. The property has a parking area but the entrance is very narrow and big cars will find it very difficult. Although pool is beautiful, chronic lack of sunbeds. Approximately 30+ apartments have access to use it and we counted 8 sunbeds which is ridiculous really. Property has a safe but no instruction, asked agent and got essentially no response so we couldn’t use it which was poor. Also we were given no instruction on where to recycle rubbish etc and we had to ask. Information being provided by the agents has to improve.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza semplicemente perfetta! La casa è stata ristrutturata di recente con grande gusto, è moderna, luminosa e dotata di ogni comfort. La vista è qualcosa di spettacolare: un panorama sul mare a 180 gradi che lascia senza fiato, con una terrazza da cui si gode anche di una splendida vista a 360 gradi sui dintorni. La piscina, proprio di fronte all'abitazione, è un valore aggiunto che rende il soggiorno ancora più rilassante. La posizione è davvero imbattibile: la spiaggia si raggiunge in appena due minuti a piedi, senza bisogno di utilizzare l'auto. L'aria condizionata ha reso le giornate estive molto piacevoli e il posto auto privato è stato estremamente comodo. È una delle case vacanza più belle in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Sardegna: elegante, curata nei minimi dettagli e con un panorama che rimarrà nei nostri ricordi. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Posizione perfetta, vicinissima al centro e alla spiaggia. Vista stupenda. Personale gentile.

Soggiorno tutto a vetrate senza tende, alle 6.30 era già giorno, impossibile dormire. Parcheggio per 4 auto scomodissimo, con una A6 era impossibile muoversi. Basterebbe pulirlo ed allargarlo. Bagno minuscolo, per 4/5 persone non va bene. TV senza antenna, vedi solo se hai pay TV dove collegarti. Potrebbe essere un vero gioiello, basterebbe fare qualche lavoretto per sistemarlo!
