Sunset Eleven & Sunset Twelve 100m from the Beach

The property itself is amazing. The view, the space, everything was great (except for the lack of Wi-Fi and a dishwasher). However, the check-in system is an absolute disaster. To check in, you cannot go directly to the property; you have to go to an agency that is only open for a few hours a day. And if you’re checking in later, you HAVE TO PAY for it 🤯 The agency was closing at 1 p.m. We couldn’t find it straight away, so we were just two minutes late. I had specifically warned them via WhatsApp that we were on our way, but they didn’t care enough to wait for us for two minutes. As a result, we couldn’t check in for the next FOUR HOURS and had to stay outside in 35-degree heat. Dear owner, if you read this, please consider changing the agency and finding someone who truly cares about your property. This detail seriously spoils the whole experience.
