The Bloomsbury Brighton - Boutique Luxury Stay

Great location just seconds from the sea front. Away from the really busy bits nearer the Pier but easily walkable in 8-10 mins. Plenty of pubs and cafes within a minute or two of flat anyway. Really nice interior and the flat was fairly cool despite it being warm in summer, possibly as its a basement flat (still plenty of light however). Great facilities and despite the fact there was no Iron in the flat as advertised, the owners arranged to drop one off within 30 minutes which was very helpful as needed for outfits that night. Good WiFi and great kitchen with large fridge freezer.

Stairs outside are a little steep if elderly or have young kids (we didn't). An extra blind or curtain would be useful on the main bedroom window as light was still coming through a little early morning.

Great little flat, really nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The kitchen was especially well equipped, with every pot and pan you can think of and all the utensils. We stayed with 2 young kids and I was able to cook all meals for them easily. Another bonus that it was "basement" apartment as it kept us cool and comfortable especially at night! Comfortable beds and soft bedding and towels. On arrival we received a bottle of sparking wine and chocolates which was a nice touch.

Nothing we didn't like. Just a couple of things to note. It is a townhouse but the basement apartment so the stairs can be tricky for kids /dogs and if you have pram etc. wasn't an issue for us but worth mentioning. Also, bring your own soap/shower gel/shampoo as these were not provided. Again not an issue just worth knowing. No tea or coffee was available. I love a coffee as soon as I wake up so struggled without but found a super cute coffee shop nearby. But do wish I had the option of having coffee/tea in the apartment.
