La posizione, davvero ottima, vicino sia alle spiaggette del Moletto e della Caletta che alle spiaggie della Cantoniera e della Bionda. Il lungomare, la Fortezza, l'imbarco per i traghetti per il Giglio e tutti i servizi facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben distribuiti. Molto cordiale e disponibile lo staff. È stato fornito un tagliando per il parcheggio agevolato, molto comodo.
Essendo un sesto piano, la pressione dell'acqua, di pomeriggio, era un po' scarsa. Sicuramente si potrebbe migliorare la fornitura di pentolame in cucina, che era piuttosto esigua.
