Clean , tidy, comfortable bed

Location was good and the apartment was spacious with a big living room and bedroom. Beds were comfortable including the sofa bed.

The apartment was not cleaned properly. There was a broken nail and a few strands of hair in the living room and food particles in the kitchen. Since the property charges 65 EUR for cleaning, we were expecting a clean apartment.

We really enjoyed our 7 nights at the Haus Hans. The location is fantastic and in walkable distance to the Hauptmarkt. The building s located right next to the Hans Sachs Platz. Cafes, restaurants, history, the Imperial Castle all in walking distance. You wake up to church bells singing, which is priceless. Although you will hear them only if you crack the window because the house has big walls and no street noise will bother you. The apartment is super clean, modern, and has a VERY nice shower. The cleaning people are very friendly. Tip: if you have to bring a car, park at the Hans Sachs Garage for $20/24hrs. and take the small spiral staircase up. You will find yourself standing on Hans Sachs Platz and people sitting there sipping their Aperol Spritz will be astounded. Fun!

There is no management on site. The only way to communicate is through the booking website, however they were very responsive and will get back to you within ten minutes. Check in and out is online or via the small station next to the front door. Management actually sits in Portugal. There are no window coverings aside from the outside blinds that come down when pressing the button. Neighbor buildings are close by and everyone can look in especially when a light is on. WIDE OPEN. The bed was especially hard. My back was hurting and I had bad sleep every night. I moved to sofa which was slightly better, but still bad. Maybe it's just me.

Πολύ όμορφη και άνετη διαμονή σε ένα καινούργιο, καθαρό και πολύ βολικό κατάλυμα, σε εξαιρετικά κεντρική τοποθεσία.

Παρόλο που είχαμε κάνει κράτηση για μία ολόκληρη εβδομάδα, δεν υπήρχε καθαριότητα κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής ούτε αλλαγή σε σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Όταν ζητήσαμε καθαρά λευκά είδη, μας ενημέρωσαν ότι υπήρχε επιπλέον χρέωση, κάτι που δεν αναφερόταν ξεκάθαρα κατά την κράτηση. Η επικοινωνία για το συγκεκριμένο θέμα ήταν αρκετά δύσκολη και χρειάστηκε μεγάλη προσπάθεια για να μας φέρουν έστω ένα σετ καθαρών πετσετών. Επίσης, δεν υπήρχε κάδος για τα σκουπίδια και χρειάστηκε να ζητήσουμε να μας φέρουν, με καθυστέρηση. Δεν υπήρχε πουθενά ενημέρωση για τον κωδικό του Wi-Fi, με αποτέλεσμα να χρειαστεί και αυτό να το αναζητήσουμε μέσω επικοινωνίας. Τέλος, το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε παντζούρια ή επαρκή συσκότιση. Το βράδυ υπήρχε πολύ φως και, λόγω της έλλειψης ιδιωτικότητας, αισθανόμασταν ότι φαινόμασταν στα απέναντι διαμερίσματα. Για διαμονή μίας εβδομάδας θεωρούμε ότι αυτά είναι βασικές παροχές και θα έπρεπε να είχαν προβλεφθεί ή να αναφέρονται ξεκάθαρα στην κράτηση.
