The host and the guy that give you the key are both very friendly and helpful. The parking options are very good. We choose the closest, which for we needed to pay some extra (15EUR if I remember well), but it was very comfy. The guy at the parking is also very nice and helpful.
The host was very eager to make us comfortable there, and he reacted nicely on all our reports and wishes.
Internet was fast enough for work.
Since we were there during very hot days, the lack of air-conditioning reduced the comfort. Comparing to the immense heat outside, we could still manage a relatively OK temp.
Some doors (of rooms and shelves) can loudly hit other object if you don't take extra care!
Some extra curtains could come handy so you can let in light but still make the living room less transparent from the outside. The complete darkeners are good though.
