Clean, modern, location, safety, host Peppe was really nice and helpful anytime I messaged him.
The ac unit on base floor could have been slightly more powerful; parking can be super quick to find or circle the streets a few times to find one.

Nowy, świeży i czysty apartament! Bardzo wygodny! Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Dodatkowo rolety zewnętrzne. 2 tarasy. Dojazd windą. Bardzo pomocny personel!

Fantastic property! The host Peppe was extremely welcoming and helpful. He provided recommendations and made himself available for any questions. The apartment felt really safe and was modern and renovated. Very spacious apartment with two wonderful balconies and laundry accommodations. Great location, very close to beaches, supermarket and fruit vendor, historic city center and stores! Free parking in the dead end street of the property was extremely convenient. I would stay here again if I ever return to Monopoli!

The apartment was amazing, with fast WiFi and a fantastic location!
A better-equipped kitchen with more silverware, dishes, and a good set of knives would've been wonderful. We also would've appreciated wine glasses that aren't plastic, just minor suggestions, but overall, we loved our stay!
