The apartment was conveniently located in a calm neighborhood, 10 mins from Monopoli Centrale and the old town. It is modern, clean, and overall accommodating. The online concierge was very responsive on Whatsapp and even allowed us to check in a little earlier than 17:00.
The toilet seat was cracked and unstable and needs to be changed. The mattress was a little too soft for our liking but okay for a few nights. It would have been great if the welcome package included a second pair of sheets but we were informed about that limitation from the beginning.

Bilocale molto pulito, posizione un po' fuori dal centro, raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi.
Letto matrimoniale in pessime condizioni, sembrava di dormire su un altalena, a ogni movimento che facevamo uno scricchiolio. Mancanza di tappeto doccia bagno e phon per asciugare i capelli. La cucina sprovvista di molte cose.
