Responsive booking process: The communication regarding the initial reservation was quick and efficient. Spacious apartment: The unit itself is quite large and offers plenty of room to move around.

Poor communication: When I contacted them about issues during my stay, it took more than 24 hours to receive a response. Bad air quality: The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. Additionally, the bedroom has no exterior window, making it impossible to ventilate properly. Lack of cleanliness: The cleaning was very superficial. I had to wipe down the shelves before using the wardrobes. Even then, most closets were occupied, leaving very little space for our own belongings. Kitchen & Bathroom issues: The kitchen was neglected. We were given a used sponge, no dishwasher tablets, and no paper towels or kitchen cloths. The coffee machine was broken, and while coffee was offered for the third day, it was far too late. There were five pans but not a single pot to boil water, and the cutlery was sparse (no bread knife). Glasses and cups had visible stains and required washing before use. In the bathroom, the soap dispenser was empty, and there were no hooks for towels. Maintenance & Trash: The Jacuzzi had to be cleaned after our arrival. We also found the recycling bins (plastic and glass) full upon check-in. We weren't informed of the pickup schedule or provided with trash bags. Summary: This apartment might be fine for a quick one-night stay if you just need a bed, but for a multi-day stay, the experience was unpleasant. The lack of basic amenities and poor maintenance makes it hard to recommend. These are just the main issues; there were several other smaller inconveniences not mentioned here that added to the poor experience.
