    I have stayed there for a couple of days. The place and the view from the balcony is fascinating. The mall road is 15 minutes far away from the place and easily accessible. The staff is very corporative and quickly responsive.

    Very Disappointing Experience at Lords Regency Shimla My stay at Lords Regency Shimla was extremely disappointing. The hotel has far too many stairs to reach the reception, which is very inconvenient, especially for guests carrying luggage or travelling with elderly people. The staff was not welcoming, and I found the behaviour of the manager particularly rude and unprofessional. The cleanliness was also a major concern, including dirty laundry that was not handled properly. Another serious issue was the lack of proper food facilities. There was no food available at the hotel, and food was brought in from a local dhaba and served to guests at very high prices. To make matters worse, the food was served in paper plates, which is not what one expects from a hotel of this standard. Overall, the service, cleanliness, staff behaviour, food arrangements, and value for money were all disappointing. I would not recommend this property and hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the experience for future guests.
