It's not my dislikes. It's my observations as Opportunities for Improvement. 1. Size of the bed in the standard double bed room could be a little larger. 2. Food variety in breakfast could be increased. 3. Safe operating procedure (mentioning the number. of occupancy) could be briefly displayed in and outside of the lift.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and professional, and the front desk staff greeted us warmly and handled our requests efficiently. Our room was spotless, well-appointed, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like fresh linens, functioning amenities, and reliable Wi‑Fi that made our stay relaxing and productive. Housekeeping maintained high standards throughout our stay and responded promptly when we asked for extra towels. The on-site dining offered a delicious and varied menu; each meal was fresh, well-presented, and served with a friendly attitude. Location was convenient for local attractions and transport, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, the team’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our visit memorable — I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking clean rooms, attentive service, and great value.
