The manager maintained regular follow-up during my train journey, which was reassuring. The hotel also arranged a pickup from the railway station, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. Both the manager and staff were courteous and professional throughout my stay. The hotel further arranged a car for sightseeing, as well as for my onward journey to Manali, including local sightseeing there. Finally, they also organized my drop-off back to the railway station. The car charges were reasonable. The driver was particularly commendable—polite, professional, and honest—making the overall travel experience comfortable and pleasant.nest.
I would like to offer one suggestion to the hotel management: blankets should always be provided with proper covers, and these covers should be changed after every guest’s stay to maintain appropriate hygiene standards.

The staff is so polite and caring. They always answered us with a smile and tried to help us in all the situations - cab booking , tour planning, nearby eateries, etc
