Frame Halepa Art Retreat - Ocean Front Suites

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is dreamy, and the patio overlooking the water is truly something special. The apartment itself is beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, and feels fresh and new. We loved being just outside the busier part of Chania. The walk into Old Town is completely doable and actually really enjoyable. Having two wonderful restaurants right on either side of the property was such a bonus! It was the perfect combination of a peaceful waterfront retreat and easy access to everything we wanted to explore.

Sound does travel a bit from the upstairs apartment, but it didn't take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at Frame Art Retreat! The place itself is beautifully decorated, modern, very clean and spacious with thoughtful touches. We looked forward to coming home after long days exploring to relax and listen to the ocean in our quiet retreat. Having walked all over Chania, we feel lucky as this was the most ideal place to stay in town. Close enough to town for a short walk along the water front, and far enough away to enjoy privacy, peace and quiet. You also can’t get any closer to the water. There are nice restaurants and a cafe next door. The Archeology museum of Chania, which we really enjoyed, was less than 10 minute walk. Easy street parking a short 4 minute walk away if you have a rental car like we did. Our host Dimitra was incredibly helpful with recommendations and quick responses via WhatsApp. We felt very well taken care of. She offered to send a cleaner mid way through our weeklong stay but we didn’t need it as the place was well stocked with extra towels. We are so grateful for the beautiful stay, it made the whole experience of Crete even more special.

Wonderful apartment in a very quiet area, 15/20 mins walk from the centre of Chania. Would stay again, host was wonderful! Very friendly and gave us some brilliant recommendations.
