De ligging. Het was prachtig gelegen vlak aan het water en in een rustige buurt op wandelafstanf van de stad Chania
Er waren op het moment dat wij er verbleven wat werken aan de gang in het gebouw ernaast waardoor er wat lawaai was overdag en je dus niet zo kon genieten van het rustige strandje daar.
Er was ook wat moeite in de badkamer om warm water te krijgen. Voor het warme water moesten we eerst een schakelaar aanzetten en dan 15min wachten op warm water. Als je je douchte was het water dan zo heet dat je er niet kon onder staan en het koelde dan snel af waardoor de volgende persoon weer een kwartier moest wachten tot er warm water was. Niet erg want er is warm water maar je hebt gewoon een klein beetje geduld nodig dan.

Beautiful place that I did not want to leave. The view over the ocean and the beach where my dog loved playing was so lovely. The host is very helpful and nice.

Right by the water, and near a fantastic restaurant Periplous. There’s also a washer/dryer on site available for use.
It is located in a seedy looking area. We made the best of it but we weren’t completely confident of our safety if walking outside after dark. There are abandoned buildings around this property.

It was a great little flat, very quietly located and lovingly furnished. Everything you need on holiday and more was there. It is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk along the coast of Crete to the centre of Old Town.
Tammy was our contact person on site and helped us with all questions and concerns immediately and absolutely professionally. Even restaurant reservations were taken care of. That simply rounded off the luxury. If we come to Chania again, we will ask for the accommodation again.
Nothing, actually. We were completely satisfied and wanted for nothing.
Small suggestions for improvement: a drying rack to dry the towels and a small broom to sweep sand out of the entrance area would be great. But that is really complaining at the highest level :-)
