Bea apartment

Me and my fiance stayed here for a whole month. The host was very responsive, replied to messages quickly, and was always attentive to our needs. He even helped us with the luggages and did supply us with some new extra kitchen utensils that we needed. The apartment is near to the beach, in a just new building, with big elevator. The apartment itself is spacious and ready to live in. The furnishing is minimalist which I like. The tv is smartTV and big. The mattress and pillows were new and comfy. Also the place is cool we didn’t need to use the AC too often. Something else I appreciate is that it was very quiet, facing to the hill you only hear animal sounds, not the loudy people that happened to us in other Airbnb or hotels.

The apartment was clean but not squeaky clean. The owner have furnished the apartments with some used equipment, such as the toilet and the fridge. They had put appeared new bed sheets straight from the packaging onto the bed without washing them first so we ended up having an itchy sleep the first night. The towels were old and ripped. Although we stayed for one month cleaning was not included and every detergent they put in the apartment was at the bottom, not enough for one month. Apart of being a quiet building as there’s not too many people living in it, it’s not soundproof. If there’s some noise you can hear it. There’s frequent dog barking and neighbours rooster crows. Sometimes when we had a work call meeting they would start making sounds and it would be embarrassing. We spent some days without water which was a real challenge.
