Central & Quiet Cēsis Stay

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt truly welcome. It is rare to experience such wonderful hospitality. Thank you so much for that. The apartment is located right in the heart of Cēsis. As soon as you step out the door, you are right in the center of everything. You can drive right up to the building to unload your luggage, but you will need to find parking a bit further away. We happened to visit during a major town festival, so parking spaces were hard to find. However, the host kindly let us park near their own home, which was only a short ten-minute walk back. The host even gave us a lift to the center, for which we are extremely grateful. Under normal circumstances, you will surely find parking closer by. The place was spotlessly clean, and we felt at home right away. Check-in was easy using the lockbox next to the door. Everything needed for a two-day stay was provided—even wine glasses. There is no coffee maker, but we use instant coffee when traveling anyway, so it didn't bother us. You can hear other residents moving around the building, but that is understandable given the gorgeous wooden plank floors. Otherwise, the soundproofing (for example, from the outside) worked very well. It is worth noting that the windows open directly onto a pedestrian street where cars occasionally drive by, but this caused absolutely no inconvenience for us. We highly recommend this accommodation, and if we ever visit Cēsis again, we will definitely check if we can stay here once more.
