Labai gražiai įrengta, su daug apgalvotų detalių ir reikiamų daiktų (nuo šildytuvų, lygintuvo ir džiovyklių). Estetiška ir erdvu.
Nors butas labai tvarkingas ir su visais privalumais, tačiau pats namas senos statybos, bendrabučio tipo. Stebino buto ir pačio namo vizualinis skirtumas ir kokybė. Bendro naudojimo koridorius nešvarus, prirūkytas. Kaimynai už sienos rengė vakarėlį, tiek vakare, tiek ryte.

Dzīvoklis bija ļoti tīrs, kārtīgs un labi uzturēts. Īpaši novērtēju to, ka bija pieejams viss nepieciešamais ērtai uzturēšanās reizei (trauku mazgājamā mašīna, veļas mašīna, žāvētājs, gludeklis un citi sadzīvē noderīgi piederumi). Saimnieki ir padomājuši par viesu komfortu. Ļoti ērta bija arī ierašanās, nebija jāgaida atslēgu saņemšana, jo tika nodrošināts durvju kods, tas ļāva ierasties sev ērtā laikā un novērsa risku pazaudēt atslēgas. Naktsmītne bija mājīga, klusa un labi aprīkota. Uzturēšanās laikā jutāmies ļoti komfortabli.

Ļoti netīra kāpņu telpa. Apartamenti atradās 5.stāvā, nebija iespējas neredzēt netīrību kāpņu telpā.
Vannas istabas plānojums - dušas ūdens tek pa vannas istabas grīdu.
