Situation idéale pour profiter de la plage de Trestrignel… Ce qui était le but !

Le calme et la beauté de l'emplacement. L' équipement de l'appartement est très complet (l'aspirateur robot est appréciable). La résidence est également très calme.
Je parlerai plutôt d'axes d'amélioration : - une climatisation d'appoint serait la bienvenue - une connexion à Internet serait un plus.

L’emplacement au bord de la plage est extra ! La petite taille du studio et de la salle d’eau fait qu’il est adapté pour une personne. Les équipements de cuisine sont assez complets (et récents). Charly est très réactif et agréable ; ce qui est appréciable. La copro est calme. La proximité immédiate d’avec le restaurant Le Trestignel est un plus.
Le manque de confort de la literie (matelas, oreillers). Le ménage effectué par un service extérieur n’est pas optimal (indépendant de Charly qui fera, j’en suis sûre, tout son possible afin d’améliorer ce service ). Il manque la wifi, à mon sens.
