Apartment for 4 people located in the second (and last) floor of a small residence very quiet, with a private parking, located close to the city center and 500m from the beach of Trestrignel, where you can enjoy the joys Of swimming even at low tide. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a flat screen TV (117 cm) with a nice sea view on the 7 islands, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave / grill, SENSEO coffee machine, Fridge / freezer, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, ....) open on a living room and a living room with a table for 4 people and a sofa, the whole, overlooking A loggia equipped with a sofa in braided resin so as to be able to contemplate the exceptional panorama that offers this apartment of 42 m². The mezzanine consists of 2 bunk beds, as well as a fully equipped bathroom (washing machine / dryer, bathtub with glass wall). The toilet is separated from the bathroom. The apartment offers beautiful amenities with quality fittings, all decorated with taste, on a new floating floor. You can have a common room at the condo to put your holiday business (surfboard, bicycles, wetsuits, ....).

Appartement idéalement situé à 10 minutes à pied du Centre ville et à 5 minutes en voiture du sentier des douaniers (plage de Trestraou). La vue sur mer est magnifique et la loggia permet d'en profiter. L' intérieur est fonctionnel et rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour. Quant à la propriétaire, son accueil est très chaleureux et elle nous donne de bons conseils sur la région. Je recommande à 100 %.

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und beschrieben. Ein bisschen mehr Platz hätten wir uns im Küchen und Wohnbereich gewünscht. Jedoch sind auch hier Die Beschreibung zutreffend und die Bilder geben alles genau wieder. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnkomplex, auf einer Anhöhe. Man hat einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht von Trestrignel. Der Strand ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der Strand Trestraou ist gut zu erreichen. Hier befinden sich eine Strandpromenade, sowie einige Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und ist absolut eine Reise wert.

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end. La propriétaire est très sympa et très arrangeante, elle nous a conseillé sur les différentes balades et autres restos. L'appartement est très propre, très bien équipé et la vue est magnifique ! Point non négligeable : un grand parking privé au pied de la résidence. Et en plus, nous avons eu un superbe week-end ensoleillé. Bref, nous reviendrons ! A bientôt...

Rien à redire sur l'appartement : très propre, bien équipé, location (5 minutes à pieds du centre et du marché le vendredi) et surtout vue magnifique! Nous avons d'autre part été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui nous a donné de très bonnes idées de sorties et/ou visites. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille!
