Apartment for 4 people located in the second (and last) floor of a small residence very quiet, with a private parking, located close to the city center and 500m from the beach of Trestrignel, where you can enjoy the joys Of swimming even at low tide. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a flat screen TV (117 cm) with a nice sea view on the 7 islands, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave / grill, SENSEO coffee machine, Fridge / freezer, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, ....) open on a living room and a living room with a table for 4 people and a sofa, the whole, overlooking A loggia equipped with a sofa in braided resin so as to be able to contemplate the exceptional panorama that offers this apartment of 42 m². The mezzanine consists of 2 bunk beds, as well as a fully equipped bathroom (washing machine / dryer, bathtub with glass wall). The toilet is separated from the bathroom. The apartment offers beautiful amenities with quality fittings, all decorated with taste, on a new floating floor. You can have a common room at the condo to put your holiday business (surfboard, bicycles, wetsuits, ....).

We really enjoyed our stay in Perros-Guirec. The apartment is just a small walk from the Trestrignel beach and from the town center. The owner was very friendly and helpful, she gave us great tips for discovering the area. We really recommend the apartment. Thanks for the great stay.
