Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Absolut empfehlenswert und auch im November wunderschön! Die Wohnung ist zwar relativ klein, aber super modern eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Preis-Leistung war top! Mrs et Mme Merrer sont des hôtes accueillant, sympathique, il sont très investies dans l acceuil des futurs locataires, quand à la propreté de l appartement et de la literie il sont au top 5 +++ , l appartement est très bien situer au pied de la plage , et bien agencer, nous gardons l adresse pour une prochaine venue.

2 Wochen in diesem schönen Appartement begannen mit einem sehr herzlichen Empfang durch den Vermieter, der uns alles erklärte, zeigte und auf Fragen unsererseits hilfreich einging. Er ließ sogar über die Zeit der Übergabe der Wohnung am Abreisetag mit sich reden (+++)! Die Wohnung selber war tip-top sauber! Sie ist im Portal sehr passend beschrieben. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Haushalt braucht. Auch ein Fernseher ist vorhanden und WiFi funktioniert vollkommen problemlos. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt an einem kleinen Strand ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung in der 4. Etage ist mit einem Aufzug zu erreichen und hinter dem Haus steht ein privater Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Durch die ständig wechselnden Gezeiten sieht man den Strand zu den unterschiedlichen Tageszeiten ständig anders - es wird nie langweilig! Und wenn man den Balkon aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen kann, hat man diese tolle Aussicht auch vom Sofa aus. Wir können diese Wohnung für 2 - 3 Personen 100%ig empfehlen und werden selber auch gerne wiederkommen!

C est un appartement que je recommande. Cela fait la deuxième année que nous y allons. L appartement est très beau avec vue sur la mer. Juste à traverser la route pour être à la plage. Restaurant sympa juste en dessous. L appartement est très bien agencé et c est très calme. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et très arrangeant. Nous avons passé des vacances excellentes. Pour nous, tout est parfait et nous y retournerons. Voilà tout du positif

Nous avons passé une semaine à Perros-Guirec. Après avoir facilement communiqué avec le propriétaire, qui est vraiment très gentil , il nous attendait ( malgré notre retard ) devant la résidence. L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description. Il est très joliement décoré, très très propre, lumineux, calme et surtout avec un balcon avec vue sur la plage de Trestrignel. Juste magnifique ! La place de parking est un vrai plus. Nous avons donc passé un super séjour et nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Appartement très bien situé en bordure de mer avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Avec les grandes marées, c'était génial !!! Et il y a tellement de belles promenades à faire sur le sentier des douaniers et tout le long de la côte de granit rose. Accueil parfait par le propriétaire qui conseille sur les idées de sorties. Très bonne semaine de repos.

Geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtetes Appartment, ideal für zwei Personen. Tolle Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer/vom Balkon - man hat das Gefühl fast im Meer zu stehen. Die Randlage am Strand kommt dem Appartment zu Gute, da es dadurch sehr ruhig ist. Zur Hauptsaison im Sommer ist sicherlich mehr los (ein großer Parkplatz ist direkt nebenan), aber bedingt durch die Gezeiten ist der Strand nicht ständig voll. Zum Appartment gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz hinter dem Gebäude. Das Gebäude wird regelmäßig gereinigt und die Appartments sind durch den Vordereingang fast barrierefrei zu erreichen. Alles, was der moderne Mensch sich wünscht (Wifi, TV) ist da (auch wenn man sich für die eigene Ruhe wünscht, es gäbe keine Wifi). Die Küche ist pragmatisch-praktisch ausgestattet - es fehlt lediglich ein Wasserkocher, sonst ist alles vorhanden, Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, etc. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und nach langen Wanderungen am Meer, können sie gut für einen erholsamen Schlaf genutzt werden. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr höflicher und offener Mensch, sehr umgänglich und absolut zuverlässig. Auf Anfragen reagiert er schnell, inhaltlich aussagekräftig und verbindlich. Eine Freude, dass es solche Vermieter noch gibt! Würde wieder hinfahren, wenn das Appartment zu meiner Zeit frei ist. Empfehlenswert in jeder Hinsicht!!!
