Мені сподобалося розміщення, зручна транспортна розвʼязка. Контакт з власником був легким, він відповідає швидко на повідомлення. Також на моє прохання передав фен для волосся, тому що його не було в квартирі.
Сам район хороший, багато закладів і магазинів, але вулиця на якій розташована квартира справляє враження не благополучної. Будинок в якому розташована квартира, був на час нашого перебування в капітальному ремонті. Через це був зранку шум, запах та пил з будівництва. Звукоізоляція в будинку просто відсутня. Ми чули кожен крок на коридорі, змив каналізації, розмови в інших квартирах. В одну ніч я не змогла всю ніч заснути навіть в берушах через шум в іншій квартирі. Рушники та постіль були трохи не свіжими і на рушниках були плями. Також не вистачало мила для рук.
