Crown Palace Hotel Baku

Staff and location

The hotel has a different name than the one listed on Booking.com, making it difficult to find. The sign says White Boutique Hotel, not Crown Palace Hotel. They also do not mention that some rooms have no windows. Payment is cash only (no cards accepted), and no breakfast is available.

First of all the location. Exactly in the centre of the busy and buzzing nizami area infront of khagani garden. Lots of restaurants near by. Just by looking outside the window or balcony we can njoy the view. The hotel is on 4th floor but has a lift. The rooms looked beautiful with very high ceiling rich interior and large beds. Our room was a triple room but there was small issue in bathroom when we complained they immediately upgraded us to family suite which had 2 large windows and a nice balcony facing the busy street and garden. The view was amazing from it. The people in reception were always smiling and ready to help. Mainly the price when compared to location was an awesome deal

Nothing much.

The location was superb and the host at reception Bayram was really helpful and kind also the other staff were good too but he helped us out of the way which means a lot.

Just the washroom smell bad
