It was a pleasure staying at Grand Park Residences Hotel, Tural and Ilqar were such friendly and welcoming front of house staff. Zaur was also very helpful, offering to carry my suitcase. Overall the hotel location was great and easily walkable to the Boulevard, old town and neighbouring parks. The rooms were spacious and clean and overall a great option for my first stay in Baku!

Цена за отель очень приятная. Соотношение цена качество отличное. Дружелюбный персонал, со всем помогают при необходимости. Есть все в шаговой доступности. Номер очень светлый и просторный. Хорошая уборка, все необходимое в номере есть.
- Отсутствует разнообразие завтраков, очень однотипные для шведского стола. Не вкусный кофе, из вариантов только фильтр кофе и фильтр кофе с молоком.
Но учитывая, что они включены в стоимость проживания и не нужно платить отдельно, это не такой уж и минус.
- Отеля нет ни в одних картах, только Maestro adress, который вроде как то же самое. Создает небольшую путаницу и по началу вызывает недоверие.
- Высокая слышимость, слышно как смотрят телевизор в соседнем номере, из коридора все слышно. Если жить на 3 этаже возле ресторана с завтраками, то под дверью с 8 утра начинается суета.

Очень отзывчивый и вежливый персонал. Руфан и все ребята на ресепшен внимательные ко всем просьбам и вопросам. Спасибо большое, рекомендую этот отель!

Breakfast runs from 8am which is a bit late if you have planned trips
An important point to note is the hotel is actually still known by its former name the Maestro Address Hotel and the signage outside the hotel says this. There is also another Maestro hotel in the city too which is where my taxi dropped me off . A bit confusing but best to say you’re staying at the Maestro Address hotel to avoid any confusion
