Location is very convenient. Hotel is close to Nizami street where you can reach it within 7-10 minutes by walking. In addition, you reach other touristic destinations within max 15 minutes by taxi. Breakfast is delicious (big thank and applause to the laddies who are preparing food in the kitchen). Staff are welcoming and helpful especially the hotel manager and the girl at the receptionist.

Location is great. Breakfast was fine with quite a lot of variety.
Don't be fooled by all the 10/10 reviews. At check-out, the manager (Elgar) took our phone and filled in the ratings himself (giving 10s across the board, of course...). We found this behaviour completely unacceptable. Fortunately, we were able to edit our review afterwards. The hotel itself is actually not bad at all, but the reviews are clearly inflated by this practice.
