Great position to explore Rouen
Was very noisy at night with a bar directly opposite. I could sleep but my husband found the noise kept him awake until it closed

Very well equipped apartment right in the center of Rouen - half a block from St Maclou and a block from Notre Dame. Supermarket across the street. Lots of cafes within two blocks.
You are on the second floor above a busy intersection so it gets a little loud. The bed could be wider for two people
