The size of the room and bathroom was very small

The hotel is very clean, and the location is absolutely beautiful, nestled peacefully among the mountains. It is a great place to relax.

There were just a few minor inconveniences. The TV has a 3-pin plug, but the room only has 2-pin sockets, so we couldn't use it nor charge our phones. Additionally, the exchange rate applied for the room was a bit high, and unfortunately, the reception couldn't accommodate my request to switch the payment to USD after the initial transaction.

Vi hade en väldigt bra vistelse på Crixus Sarsing Hotel. Hotellet håller en hög standard, är rent och känns välskött. Det märks att de tar hand om anläggningen och åtgärdar saker när de går sönder, vilket tyvärr inte är en självklarhet på många hotell. Personalen var trevlig, hjälpsam och gav ett gott bemötande under hela vistelsen. Speciellt hon som välkomnade in oss.

Vi checkade in sent och fick ett rum utan utsikt över poolen, trots att hotellet verkade ganska lugnt. Det kanske var fullt trots allt, vad vet jag. men det var lite synd. En sak som kan vara bra för andra gäster att känna till är att hotellet inte tillåter drönarflygning över området. Vi frågade personalen och fick nej med hänvisning till säkerhetsskäl, så om du planerar att filma med drönare är det bra att veta innan du bokar. Det enda konkreta felet vi märkte i rummet var att dörrhandtaget till badrummet/toaletten var trasigt.

The staff need full training they are library nobs, I paid for breakfast in my booking because oder un accurate data's that doesn't allighn with whats mentioned on this app and their timing is totally different and explanation is not available in a proper way had to double pay for brekfast also the check out time is totally wrong. End to end a good place but ruined .
