The staff were very courteous and offered local advice around restaurants etc.
The location was excellent - easy access to everywhere without it being in the middle of the tourist areas. Very nice places and restaurants near-by and we felt very safe in the local area, even after dinner and with our children.

I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. There were 4 of us and it suited our needs perfectly! I also really liked the area because it had a very calm central feel without being too far from the main attractions.

Bedbugs!
Bed bugs! This was by far the worst part of our stay and caused multiple bites and significant discomfort. We had to deal with strong allergies of bite spots for two days.
Bad sewage smell room 602 all the time! There was a fan working all time but that smell was part of our stay.
Some drawer and cabinet were old and needed repairing
