un rafraichisseur d'air en activité lors de mon arrivée qui a été le bienvenu étant donné les températures extrêmes ce jour là
la clé pas à l'endroit prévu qui m'a bloqué devant la porte pendant un long moment (le temps que l'hôte réponde à mes messages et m'indique que la clé était au final sous le paillasson et non dans la boite à clés)

Unbeatable location, right in front of Galeries Lafayette. The building felt quite safe, and the apartment had a beautiful balcony and plenty of space. You can tell it must have been a very modern and impressive place a few years ago.
Communication with the landlord was quite poor — he rarely replies. The shutters in the bedroom are broken, so they cannot be closed, meaning you get direct sunlight first thing in the morning. The entire apartment has no air conditioning, and there is only one fan for the whole apartment. The living room also has no curtains, making it unbearably hot during the day.
