Located in the heart of the popular coastal town of Hooksiel yet in a pleasantly quiet setting, the Glücksfang Vacation Home awaits you—just a few minutes from the beach and ideal for relaxing days with family or friends.
With approximately 120 m² of living space, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms, the house offers plenty of room for spending time together. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an open-concept living and dining area with a cozy sofa nook, satellite TV, and a radio. From here, you have direct access to the lovingly landscaped garden with a patio—perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or dining outdoors. A separate guest restroom rounds out the amenities on this floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV, and exterior shutters—ideal for restful nights. There is also another modern bathroom with a shower and toilet on this floor.
The vacation home has been modernly renovated and features a warm, cozy atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi, two private parking spaces right in front of the house, and the quiet yet central location make the Glücksfang the perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation by the North Sea. Hooksiel’s charming town center invites you to stroll through its picturesque pedestrian zone, shops, and restaurants, while a large EDEKA supermarket with a bakery at the town entrance offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The beach, located about 3 km away, is equipped with parking and beach chairs, and water skiing at the Hooksiel ski terraces provides plenty of action, while beautiful hiking and biking trails lead from the old harbor to the outer harbor and the beach.

The climatic health resort of Hooksiel (Zone 1) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding rates can be found on the Wangerland Touristik website.
The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant accompaniment.
Additional services that can be booked directly with the landlord upon request for a separate fee:
