Direkte Lage am Wasser

Unterkunft entsprach nicht ansatzweise den gezeigten Bildern. Klapprig alte Terassenmöbel, Kühlschrank der kaum kühlt, Dusche direkt als Regendusche in Raummitte des Badezimmers (Keine Duschkabine!!! Badezimmer IST die Duschkabine), somit alles nass und nach Duschvorgang vorerst nicht nutzbaren Badezimmer. Extrem hoher "Betteinstieg" Bett ist eher eine Schlafkoje. Man tat sich weh beim Ein- und Ausstieg der Schlafkoje. Extrem sperliche Ausstattung. Sind ein Abend früher abgereist aufgrund der Enttäuschung. Hausboot Nr. 5

Beliggenheden og brændeovnen.

Vi havde kortvarigt udfordringer med at elektriciteten gik, men det fik vi fikset. Vær obs på at bruge microovnen med for mange andre el ting.

Die Lage an der Maade war wunderschön Im Hausboot ist auf kleinstem Raum alles vorhanden. Der Hund hat sich über den schönen Auslauf gefreut!

Für meine Mutter (88)war es beschwerlich in das Bett und wieder heraus zu kommen, weil der Einstieg etwas hoch ist.

Wir waren Selbstversorger. Lage wunderschön. Direkt am / auf dem Wasser. Absolut ruhige Lage. Durch die geringe Anzahl von Hausbooten sehr persönliches Umfeld. Was die Bewertung der Zimmergröße (Komfort) betrifft, kann ja selbst von schnucklig klein bis groß gewählt werden. Wir werden beim nächsten Mal ein etwas größeres Boot wählen. Also kein negatives Kriterium. Der eine Fehlende Punkt bei der Bewertung zur Lage begründet sich nicht auf die Anlage, sondern auf die fehlende Infrastruktur im Umfeld. Z.B. Nur zwei Restaurant (Grieche, Hotel) Einkaufmöglichkeit nur mit PKW möglich. Meine Frau und ich können das Hausboot Ressort wirklich uneingeschrängt weiterempfehlen. Eine Sache möchte ich noch besonders hervorheben. Ich bin in meiner Mobilität eingeschränkt und hatte bei der Ankunft kleine Bedenken auf unser Hausboot zu kommen. Sofort und ohne das ich mich dazu geäußert habe, hat unser Vermieter Herr Kroll eine Lösung geschaffen. Er hat in der werkseigenen Werft eine Treppenübergang vom Steg zum Bootdeck organisiert bzw. installiert. Einmalig! Dafür nochmals herrzlichen Dank.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt -

Die Lage die Ruhe bei Regen war es innen angenehm sich aufzuhalten. Kochen kann man auch - Kaffee vorhanden, Sauber. Die Veranda lädt zum verweilen ein. Mückenspray wäre zu empfehlen zu dieser Jahreszeit. Ansonsten im großen und Ganzen habe ich mich Erholen können.

Etwas mehr Pflege Außen - Moos Grünspan / Wespennest/ Holz / Möbel / Tretboot und die Dinge die etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind evtl mal zu richten.

Die Lage war sehr schön. Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass Tretboote und Kanus kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen.

Das Bett war leider etwas unbequem, was den Schlafkomfort etwas eingeschränkt hat.

Ein wirklich schönes Hausboot, ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist super, Tretboote und Kanus stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter hat super geklappt! Vielen Dank :)

Leider ein bisschen zu viele Spinnweben von aussen an den Fenstern, so dass man z.B. die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern nachts nicht offen lassen konnte, trotz Mückennetzen.

Nett

Wie sind sehr nett in Empfang genommen worden. Modern eingerichtet , mit einem kleinen Kamin. Was wir toll fanden Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vor Ort . Ein Bäcker ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt . Man konnte sehr schön laufen mit dem Hund . Es gab zwei Schlafzimmer

Der Steg wäre nicht für Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung , ein Teil des Stegs der zum Haus führte war beleuchtet der Rest leider nicht , hier musste das Handy Abhilfe schaffen . Der Duschbereich bedarf ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen. Genau so wie Neue Plissees, die aktuellen hatten überall rötliche Flecken ; Gut die Fenster hätten evtl. Auch etwas Liebe vertragen , das fanden wir nicht schlimm da es von außen war.
