About this apartment rental
Enjoy your vacation at our idyllically situated old farmhouse on Rügen, surrounded by nature and far away from the stress and noise of the city! Enjoy the wonderful peace and quiet—whether with a good book on the sunny balcony or in the evening with a glass of wine, listening to the gentle splashing of the fountain in the background. The farm is situated in a secluded location at the end of a residential street, right on the Baltic Sea coast with a view of the lighthouses at Cape Arkona, set in a large garden filled with flowering plants and fruit trees.
The Accommodation
The “Königsstuhl” vacation apartments span 65 m² over two floors and welcome you with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. They are suitable for 4 people. On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, the dining area, and the kitchen. On the second floor, there is a studio for watching TV and reading, a restroom, and the second bedroom, which can also accommodate a travel crib. The double beds are each equipped with two 90 x 200 cm mattresses, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. We also offer alternative mattress thicknesses upon request to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. On the balcony, which faces the sea, you can relax in lounge chairs or enjoy the natural surroundings at the table.
You are welcome to book towels (1 large & 2 small towels) and bedding (duvet cover and sheets) or bring your own. The cost for these items is not included in the rates listed here. Please let us know if you’d like to book additional bed linens and towels through us.
We have other apartments of various sizes on the property, which you can also find here. The property itself features a large garden that you’re welcome to use. We have a barbecue area there and, of course, patio furniture. For the little ones, there’s a large playground with a slide, seesaw, swing set, sandbox, and trampoline. Next door, there’s a soccer goal for a quick game, as well as a volleyball net and a basketball hoop.

In addition to the apartment, you can use the entire huge garden surrounding the buildings. And simply enjoy your time in nature. If you’re in the mood for a little wellness, you have the option to rent our sauna privately for yourself. Please simply contact our property management.
Additional Important Information
The vacation rental is equipped with a basic supply of toilet paper, 3 dishwasher tablets, dish soap, dish towels, and cleaning rags.
The municipality of Putgarten charges a lodging tax:
High season (May 1 through September 30 of the current year) standard: €1.50 / reduced: €1.00
Off-season (October 1 through April 30 of the current year): standard: €1.00 / reduced: €0.50
This fee is charged in addition to the rental price.
