Apartment 2 is approximately 90 m² in size and is located on the ground floor with direct access to the large terrace. It is comfortable and cozy furnishings and has a very well equipped kitchen, a large living-dining area with fireplace, 2 baths and 3 bedrooms. All the equipment corresponds to the 4 star standard apartments.
The house is located in Schwarbe settlement, a district of Altenkirchen on Rügen. The complex consists of six former Holstein farms with thatched roofs. The settlement is surrounded by nature, between fields and meadows. Walk along the trail and through the forest to reach Schwarbe in 10 min walk to the Baltic Sea. The sandy beach of Bakenberg and the north beach are both about 3 km.
The cottage settlement Schwarbe 2 is a completely and lovingly renovated old farmhouse in a small conservation farmhouse settlement. It is able to combine the cozy atmosphere of an old farmhouse with modern facilities and comforts.
Schwarbe settlement is harmoniously integrated with unique flora and fauna in a fascinating and beautiful landscape. Here families find rest and relaxation, but also nature lovers and individualists come at their expense.
The house is located on a 7000 sqm and open property with meadow, trees, shrubs and flower beds. The apartments on the ground floor of a terrace at the house that apartments upstairs spacious sitting areas on the spacious grounds. For all, there are children's play areas, swing, climbing poles, barbecue grills, and a Finnish sauna on the premises. Each apartment has a parking available. The house has six apartments of different sizes, four apartments for 2-4 persons and two apartments for 4-6 persons. Sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden von Frau Wick die sich wirklich um alles kümmert wenn man was auf dem Herzen hat . Eine sehr saubere Wohnung kann man nicht anders sagen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Außenantenne ist sehr schön angelegt und gut in Schuss gehalten von der Familie Wick . Alles in allem sehr schön .

Leider wird die Ferienwohnung nicht gut gepflegt. Geschirr teilweise schmutzig und Bad nicht sauber. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände waren verschlissen oder defekt. Offensichtlich soll hier nur noch, wenn unbedingt notwendig, investiert werden. Fenster-Tür im Kinderzimmer ließ sich nicht öffnen, DVD-Player und Stereoanlage funktionierten nicht, Griff an Duschtür abgebrochen, WC-Brille lose, Kaffee kochen mit Maschine dauerte ewig (entkalken?), WLAN funktionierte nicht. Auch hätten wir uns über etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit gefreut: nur eine Rolle Klopapier je Bad, 5 Geschirrspülertabs für 7 Tage, Geschirrspülmittel reichte für einmal Aufwaschen......,
Keine Fahrräder vorhanden, Holz für den Kamin konnten wir nicht von der Hausmeisterin bekommen.
Schade, sonst wunderschön und ruhig gelegen.
