About this house rental
This exclusive 5-star wellness center is located in a new building and is nearing completion. Handover is scheduled for December 2026.
All of our wellness centers are built according to the same concept. The images shown are of new buildings from 2024, 2025, and 2026 and provide a realistic impression; the interior design will be very similar to that of our other wellness centers.
The lawn is expected to be laid by 01.03.2027. Please note, however, that the growth of the lawn may be delayed or extended due to weather conditions and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
