If you value plenty of space on your vacation, this spacious semi-detached home is the perfect choice: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as two terraces, a balcony, and a garden invite you to enjoy a dream vacation. Even the living room captivates with its cozy atmosphere. The modern kitchen, equipped with an induction stove and dishwasher, opens onto the living area. For overnight stays, there’s a bedroom on the first floor with a double bed (2x 80x200 cm) and a TV. The bedroom on the upper floor has a double bed (2x 100x200 cm), a sink, and access to the balcony. The third bedroom is located in the basement and is equipped with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), two sleeper chairs (each 80x200 cm), and a TV. It includes an en suite bathroom. On the first floor, there is another bathroom and a guest restroom.
Two outdoor parking spaces and a lockable bicycle storage room are located right next to the house. Free Wi-Fi is included. A high chair is available free of charge for young guests.
A wallbox for charging your electric car is available at the parking space for a daily flat fee. The flat rate can only be booked for the entire stay. You’ll receive the key from the rental office in exchange for a deposit.
